Why The Comms Lab?
Some communication problems are difficult to solve from inside the organisation. Internal teams know the business, the people and the context. But they're also close to the problem, balancing day-to-day demands and working within the same structures they may need to challenge.
I bring in an independent perspective, strategic communication experience and the space to work out what is really getting in the way to design the right solution. So rather than adding more communication, we fix the thing stopping communication from working.
