Most organisations are adopting technologies such as AI faster than their teams can keep up with the changes. I help fix that by improving how leaders explain it and how teams use it.

​​I've spent over a decade advising leaders at organisations such as Deloitte, Nationwide and the Ministry of Defence on transformation, employee engagement and internal communication, focusing on how people understand and act on change.

More recently, I've partnered with businesses including Consol and Trinny London to build AI literacy and help teams use it with confidence in day-to-day communication. The real shift isn't technology - it’s how people use it.
